Un agente corredor de traducción o interpretación es una persona que no es un traductor especializado o intérprete, y que actúa como intermediario entre autónomos, compañías de equipo de interpretación y los clientes. Generalmente, ellos "tercerizan" hacia traductores e intérpretes autónomos, de los muchos directorios en línea, y les pagan honorarios mínimos por sus servicios, mientras cargan al cliente tanto o más que una empresa de traducción de buena reputación.
