Cocinar sobre una parrilla. Brocha, unte ligeramente un trozo de pescado con aceite y colocarlo en una parrilla caliente de la parte más caliente del fuego. Después de unos minutos, los peces en libertad a algunos de sus propios jugos naturales y ya no se adhieren a la parrilla. Verificar el color y el punto de cocción, y su vez el pez más cuando las marcas de la parrilla de luz aparecen (sólo le tomará unos pocos minutos en cada lado).
